Match Fixing & Fraud

Self-Limit Settings

• A cooling-off period of anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months can be activated at any time.
• For long-term concerns, a permanent self-exclusion option is available.
• While self-exclusion is active, the account cannot be accessed under any circumstances.

Bangawin may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances.

Reasons for Account Suspension

• Violating the Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false information or committing identity fraud.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.

Closed at User's Request

You can close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance will be returned in accordance with the applicable rules.
